Co-20 is a high-carbon, high-chromium, and high-tungsten cobalt-based wear-resistant alloy powder. It belongs to the hypereutectic cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy family and is the Stellite series grade with the most outstanding abrasive wear resistance. It contains a large amount of hard carbides dispersed in the matrix, exhibiting both excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance; however, its toughness is relatively low, and its impact resistance is poor. It is suitable for low-impact, high-abrasive wear, and slurry erosion conditions, and is widely used for surface strengthening and weld repair of wear-resistant plates, bearing sleeves, and other components.

FAQ
Q: What is MIM feedstock?
A: MIM feedstock is compound of metal powder + polymer binder. It is the raw pellet material fed directly into injection molding machine for MIM production.
Q: What debinding type should I choose for 316L MIM feedstock?
A: Catalytic debind is preferred for mass production. Thermal debind is better for small batches. We can adjust formula based on your furnace.
Q: Can I get free sample?
A: We offer trial samples for process evaluation. Please contact our sales team for sample quotation.
Q: Is 316L MIM material corrosion resistant?
A: Yes. Sintered 316L MIM parts have excellent resistance against salt water, acid and humid environment.
