Feature Description:
The powder is a Co-Cr-W alloy powder, which is a face-centered cubic solid-liquid alloy. The carbon and tungsten content is moderate, and the toughness is good. It has excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, impact resistance and adhesion wear resistance when used below 800 °C. Co-06A powder Co-06 is an improved powder based on the alloy. The rare earth niobium element is added to refine the grain, reduce the crack sensitivity of the welding layer, improve the red hardness and friction and wear resistance of the material, and the nitrogen fixation of niobium element. The characteristics make the powder more suitable for surfacing the valve of 21-4N base material.
Main uses and processes:
It is recommended for surfacing welding of the exhaust valve cone surface of internal combustion engines. Suitable for plasma spray welding process.
