The powder is one of high hardness Ni-Cr-B-Si-based self-fluxing alloy powders. The melting point is low, the solid-liquid phase temperature range is wide, and the operation is simple. It has excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low stress abrasive wear resistance and good impact toughness. The welding layer can be cut with a special alloy tool.
It is recommended to be used for wear resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 750℃, such as surface hardening of oil pump plunger, valve seat sealing surface, pump rotor and other components. It is suitable for oxygen-acetylene spray welding process, plasma spray welding and spraying, supersonic spraying and other processes.
