The powder is a low-hardness Ni-B-Si series self-fluxing alloy powder with good toughness and strong impact resistance. It is suitable for heat resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and adhesion and wear resistance.
Nickel-based powders are mainly nickel-chromium-boron-silicon alloys and nickel-boron-silicon alloys. The common characteristics of this type of alloy are low melting point, good self-fluxing, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and oxidation resistance and other comprehensive functions. It is the earliest and most widely used self-fluxing alloy.
