Self- fluxed alloy powder also called as sprayed welding alloy powder is generally called as Our nickel-based sprayed welding alloy powder mainly include Ni-Cr-B-Si serial powders;Ni-Cr-B-Si-C serial powders;Ni-Cr-B-Si-C-Mo-Cu serial powders. Nickel-bases self-fluxing alloy aowders are antirust, anti-oxidation, heat-resistant, with low stress abrasive particle wear resistance or adhesive wear resistance and has excellent technical performance for sprayed welding.
The powder is a high-hardness Ni-Cr-B-Si series self-fluxing alloy powder. The higher content of chromium makes the nickel base produce solid solution strengthening, and enhances its corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance. Excessive chromium and C, B generates a hard phase with extremely high hardness, which is dispersed and distributed in the matrix, which greatly improves the wear resistance of the alloy welding layer.
