Ni35 is a kind of Nickel Alloy Powder suitable for HVOF spray and it is a kind of PTA Welding Powder, the main chemical composition is Ni, Cr, B, Si, the manufacturing process is gas atomization. The powder appears as spherical shape, possessing the micro hardness of HRC35 and good corrosion resistance.
The powder is a medium hardness Ni-Cr-B-Si series self-fluxing alloy powder. The welding layer can be directly machined with cemented carbide and high-speed steel tools. It has good toughness and strong impact resistance. It is suitable for heat resistance, oxidation resistance, Corrosion and adhesive wear applications.
