Visit Farsoon Technology

On July 14th,it is a important day,Mana Materials Technology Compay visited Farsoon Technology,Accompanied by Farsoon top management ,Visited and learned about 3D printing technology,to learn more about Farsoon High-Tech's 3D printing technology, technology research and development, market operation, etc.and visit the 3D printing equipment and workshop。Listen carefully to the introduction of Farsoon High-tech's future construction, development and future planning. At the symposium, the two sides had in-depth exchanges on strengthening cooperation, and in the future, the company will promote mutual benefit and win-win development and joint development.

Currently, our Mana can offer the competitive metal powder products of 3D printing , eg:Alloy steel powder(316L,304L,17-4PH,H13),Titanium alloy powder(TC4,TC4EL),Aluminium alloy powder(AlSi10Mg,AlSi7Mg,Al7075),Nickel alloy powder(In625,In718),Refractory alloy powder(TiTaNbZr,TiNbZr) ,cobalt alloy powder(CoCrMo,CoCrW),etc, The normal size is 14-45μm/15-53μm/45-10μm/53-150μm,or as per customer’s requirements.

With competitive products and highly integrated product chain, international sales channels, to provide customers with professional, fast logistics and perfect after-sales service,

At present, it has established long-term cooperative relations with customers in Europe, America, the Middle East and other countries and regions, and has been unanimously recognized by customers.

Our metal powder support 3d printing of various legal products-include SLS,SLM,DMLS,EBM,LENS.

316L stainless steel alloy is well known for its corrosion resistance and combination of strength and ductility. By using direct metal additive manufacturing, 316L parts can be produced with volumes and complexity that were previously unachievable. Three of the major metal additive manufacturing technologies  binder jetting, electron beam melting, and selective laser melting  produce SS316L parts, but with different material properties and microstructures.

Titanium alloy powders, with the fast development of metal 3D printing technology in recent years, its application in aerospace, automotive, military, medical implants, etc. has become more and more extensive.Titanium alloys have excellent strength and toughness, combined with corrosion resistance, low specific gravity, and biocompatibility, making them ideal for many high-performance engineering applications in aerospace and automotive racing, but also for the production of biomedical implants, where strength High, low modulus, strong fatigue resistance.

Aluminum alloy is the most widely used non-ferrous metal structural material in the industry. It has low density, high specific strength, close to or surpasses high-quality steel, and good plasticity. Studies have shown that aluminum alloys for 3D printing can achieve dense parts and small structures, and their mechanical properties are comparable to or even better than casting parts. Compared with traditional process parts, the quality can be reduced by 22%, but the cost can be reduced by 30%.

Cobalt alloy is an excellent biomedical metal material at this stage. Wrought cobalt-based alloys are a new type of material used to manufacture the backbone of joint replacement prosthetic connectors, such as knee and hip replacement prostheses. ASTM recommends 4 cobalt-based alloys for use in surgical implants: wrought Co-Cr-Mo alloy (F75), wrought Co-Cr-W-Ni alloy (F90), wrought Co-Ni-Cr -Mo alloy (F562), wrought Co-Ni-Cr-Mo-W-Fe alloy (F563), of which F75 and F562 have been widely used in implant manufacturing.

High-entropy alloys have excellent properties that are unmatched by traditional alloys, such as high strength, high hardness, high wear and corrosion resistance, high thermal resistance, high resistivity, high temperature oxidation resistance, high temperature softening resistance, etc. Layer materials, low temperature structural materials, thermoelectric materials, superconducting materials, aerospace materials will have very good application prospects.

3D printing(additive manufacturing), is a new method of manufacturing parts directly from digital models using layer-by-layer material buildup, and has been hailed as the core technology of the "third industrial revolution". This moldless manufacturing method produces highly accurate, fully dense metal parts in a short period of time. 3D printing has the characteristics of part design freedom, part complexity, light weight, part integration and functional design, so the application of metal 3D printing in aerospace, oil and gas, marine, automotive, mold manufacturing and medical fields has received special attention.
