316L MIM feedstock (also known as MIM compound) is a ready-to-use granulated raw material specially formulated for metal injection molding. It combines gas-atomized 316L stainless steel powder with optimized binder systems, uniform granulation for injection molding machines.
316L is a low-carbon austenitic stainless steel with outstanding corrosion resistance. MIM parts made from our 316L feedstock are widely used in medical devices, fluid components, food & sanitary equipment, sensor housings, and precision industrial hardware.
We supply feedstock for catalytic debinding, thermal debinding and water-soluble debinding routes to match your existing MIM production line.

Available Binder System Options
Catalytic Debinding Feedstock Fast debinding speed, low carbon residue after sintering. Ideal for large-scale industrial MIM production, widely adopted in European MIM factories.
Thermal Debinding Feedstock Flexible equipment requirement, no acid gas needed. Suitable for small-batch production and lab trials.
Water-soluble Debinding Feedstock Environmentally friendly, mild debinding process. Low investment on debinding furnace.

FAQ
1. What is MIM feedstock?
MIM feedstock is compound of metal powder + polymer binder. It is the raw pellet material fed directly into injection molding machine for MIM production.
2. What debinding type should I choose for 316L MIM feedstock?
Catalytic debind is preferred for mass production. Thermal debind is better for small batches. We can adjust formula based on your furnace.
3. Can I get free sample?
We offer trial samples for process evaluation. Please contact our sales team for sample quotation.
4. Is 316L MIM material corrosion resistant?
Yes. Sintered 316L MIM parts have excellent resistance against salt water, acid and humid environment.
