MANA-Ag-6811 halogen-free conductive silver paste
MANA-Ag-6811 is a silver gray high-performance halogen-free conductive ink. This material is suitable for screen printing. It has excellent printability, moderate baking temperature, good bending performance, adhesion and conductivity.It has reliable bending resistance, excellent printing workability, and complies with halogen restriction requirements and RoHS related substances.

Recommended Using Process:
Substrate: PET or PC;
Operating temperature: about 25 ℃ is recommended;
Screen: 200~300 mesh polyester screen or stainless steel screen printing;
Diluent: special thinner provided by our company shall be fully mixed before use;
Hardening conditions (recommended): drying temperature 110 ℃~120 ℃, drying time 20~30min;
Cleaning agent: butyl acetate, cyclohexanone.
Matters Needing Attention:
1. Safe use: Halogen free conductive ink contains organic solvent, which should be well ventilated during use to avoid excessive steam inhalation; Ink is harmful if swallowed, inhaled or in contact with skin, so it should be thoroughly cleaned immediately after use to avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. When not in use, cover tightly to avoid breathing volatile gas, and maintain air circulation when using;
2. This ink is a ready to use product and does not need to be diluted. If it needs to be diluted, please use the special thinner of our company. The added amount should not exceed 0.5% (weight ratio). Too much thinner will directly affect the ink performance;
3. Line thickness ＞ 5 μ m. Excellent bending resistance;
