MANA-AG-6516 conductive silver paste
MANA-Ag-6516 is a silver gray high-performance halogenated conductive paste, which is suitable for screen printing. It has excellent printability, moderate baking temperature, good bending performance, adhesion and excellent conductivity.It has reliable bending resistance, excellent printing workability.

Recommended Using Process:
Substrate: PET or PC;
Operating temperature: about 25 ℃ is recommended;
Screen: 200~300 mesh polyester screen or stainless steel screen printing;
Diluent: special thinner provided by our company shall be fully mixed before use;
Hardening conditions (recommended): drying temperature 150 ℃, drying time 5min;
Cleaning agent: butyl acetate, cyclohexanone.
Matters Needing Attention:
1. Safe use: conductive silver paste contains organic solvent, which should be well ventilated to avoid excessive evaporation.The steam is sucked into the body; If silver paste is swallowed, inhaled or in contact with the skin, it is harmful. After use, it should be thoroughly cleaned immediately. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothes. When not in use, cover tightly to avoid breathing volatile gas, and maintain air circulation when using.
2. This silver paste is a ready to use product and does not need to be diluted. If it needs to be diluted, please use the special diluent of our company. The added amount should not exceed 2% (weight ratio). Excessive diluents will directly affect the performance of silver paste;
3. The thickness of the printed line itself cannot be less than 3 μ m. Otherwise, the conductivity of silver paste is unstable.
