CuSn10 copper-tin alloy powder is widely used in diamond, geological drill bits, seals, friction materials, etc.
It is often used for brazing steel and stainless steel in furnaces. Compared with pure copper brazing filler metals, the brazing temperature is slightly lower, which helps to prolong the service life of brazing furnaces and reduce the damage of base metal.
As a cast tin bronze, CuSn10 is easy to form. Many models or crafts involving copper materials use CuSn10 for printing. CuSn10 alloy has high strength, excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be used to manufacture wear-resistant parts such as blades and gears. However, its electrical and thermal conductivity is not high, so CuSn10 is generally not used for electrical or thermal conductivity requirements. CuSn10 is a conventional product among current additive manufacturing copper alloy materials.
CuSn10 is Diamond tool matrix powder.
