The filler metal contains active element Ti, which has better wettability and holding force for diamond and cubic boron nitride (CBN) tools on steel substrate, and is more economical than AgCuTi filler metal; It is widely used in brazing of superhard tool materials, such as diamond grinding head, carving cutter, grinding wheel, saw blade, CBN, PCBN cutter etc.
The product has stable shrinkage after sintering, good compressibility and formability, and can improve the compaction strength of the green blank.
Can be used in powder metallurgy, diamond tools, filter materials, bimetals and conductive functional materials.
Note: Powder/Paste are affordable.
