The alloy raw materials are melted and fully alloyed in the crucible and then poured into the tundish. The alloy solution flows through the guide tube to the spray plate and is crushed into metal powder by high-speed gas.

Using crucible smelting, users can flexibly adjust the ingredients according to needs, and can prepare a variety of alloy powders;

Using special close-coupled atomizer technology, the fine powder yield is high, the gas consumption is low, and the production cost is low;

The equipment is equipped with multiple pressure, temperature, and gas purity detection sensors to achieve precise control of the production process;
