Recommended Using Process:

1. Printing process: 300 mesh nylon or stainless steel screen (lay flat for 3 minutes after printing).

2. Drying temperature: infrared lamp or 70 ℃ oven.

3. Sintering temperature: 1450~1550 ℃ (peak holding time 120 minutes, ).


Matters Needing Attention:

1. Safe use: If the slurry is swallowed, inhaled or contacted with the skin, it is harmful, so it should be thoroughly cleaned immediately after use. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing, and do not get close to kindling or combustibles. Because it is flammable, it should be tightly covered when not in use, to avoid inhalation of volatile gas, and it should be ventilated when using.

2. This paste does not need to be diluted. If it needs to be diluted, please use the special thinner of our company. The amount of added thinner should not exceed 5% (weight). Too much thinner will directly affect the performance of conductive silver paste.

3. The thickness of the printed line itself shall not be less than 4 μ m. Otherwise, the conductivity is unstable.
