The silver powder is coated with nano-silver film on the core surface of the silver powder. The nano-silver film has a high specific surface area and improves the surface sintering of the silver powder, The activity reduces the sintering temperature of solar silver paste, and basically retains the physical and chemical properties of the core of silver powder.
