TA15 Titanium Alloy Powder
 

TA15 (Ti-6.5Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V) alloy is a common near-alpha titanium alloy, which has excellent mechanical properties such as high specific strength, good thermal stability, creep resistance, weldability and processing plasticity. Widely used in the manufacture of aircraft parts, engine parts and welded load-bearing parts that work for a long time below 500 °C. Mana adopts the EIGA type electrode induction gas atomization powder making technology. The research and development team has improved the powder making equipment and optimized the process. The spherical titanium powder prepared has low oxygen and low nitrogen, high fine powder yield, uniform particle size distribution, and spherical titanium powder. It has the characteristics of high conversion rate, good sphericity, high surface finish, good fluidity, and high bulk density, which fully meets the performance requirements of 3D printing, hot isostatic pressing, injection molding, and laser cladding.
