Ti6Al4V Grade 23(Ti-6Al-4V ELI, GR23, Ti64ELI) alloy is a typical α+β duplex titanium alloy, is produced at a higher purity than Titanium Ti6Al4V ELI (Ti-6Al-4V, GR5, Ti64) Due to its good thermal strength (can work at 400°C for a long time), thermoplasticity, hot and cold formability, weldability, corrosion resistance and biocompatibility, it is currently the most widely used titanium alloy in dentistry and medical treatment. Mana adopts EIGA type electrode induction gas atomization powder making technology. The research and development team has improved the powder making equipment and optimized the process. The spherical titanium powder prepared has low oxygen and low nitrogen, high fine powder yield, uniform particle size distribution, and spheroidization. High rate, good sphericity, high surface finish, good fluidity, high bulk density, etc., fully meet the performance requirements of 3D printing, hot isostatic pressing, injection molding, laser cladding, etc.
