Molybdenum Powder
 

Spherical molybdenum powder (Mo powder) is also a powder of refractory metal, which is widely used in automobile, aviation, aerospace, navigation, medical and other fields because of its good thermal, mechanical and chemical properties. Generally speaking, most of the additive manufacturing technologies use high-purity spherical molybdenum powder with moderate particle size as the printing material. Compared with molybdenum powder with irregular particle shape, spherical Mo powder has better fluidity, which is more conducive to improving the uniformity of powder feeding and powder spreading of 3D printers, thereby effectively avoiding uneven density and sandwiching of molybdenum parts. If the particle size is moderate, the fluidity of the powder can also be improved to a large extent, because the particle size is too small, the powder is easy to agglomerate, which will affect the printer work, and if the particle size is too large, the appearance of the produced product will be relatively rough.
