BAg72Cu brazing filler is used for brazing stainless steel, nickel and its alloys, copper and its alloys, ceramic materials and other components in vacuum circuit breakers. It can also be used to connect silver, copper and nickel-based alloys in reducing atmosphere and inert atmosphere.
BAg72Cu silver copper solder has a low melting point, similar solid and liquid phases, no crystallization gap, and good thermal and electrical conductivity of the weld; the solder is clean, does not contain high vapor pressure and volatile elements, and has good processing performance. Solders of various shapes such as powder, sheet, tape, foil, wire, paste, etc.; solder has good wettability and fluidity to copper, nickel, etc., can quickly fill long and narrow gaps, and has good brazing processability; On silver-based or copper-based alloys, the fluidity decreases and the remelting temperature increases.
Common applications of AgCu28 silver solder include electric vacuum switch tubes, launch tubes, microwave devices, circuit breakers, metal and ceramic (nickel-plated) welding and sealing, beryllium materials, stainless steel (nickel-plated), Kovar alloys, oxygen-free copper (pure Copper, red copper), Monel, titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V), expansion alloy (4J33 nickel plating).
